We are looking for Interns to join our Service team in Korea. This role will report to our APAC Regional Service Director and assist the Customer Service Manager in Korea office.
- Location: Seoul, Korea
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the Service team regarding the management of the Long Term Service Agreement contracts.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in tasks associated with customer management, administrative functions on assigned contracts and site performance, and customer inquiries.
- Support monitoring, reporting, and data management tasks.
- Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge of MS office tools (PPT, Word, Excel)
- Pursuing the Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Strong oral and written communication skills (both in Korean and English)
- 근무 조건 및 환경
- 인턴쉽 프로그램 6개월 (평가 후 정규직 전환 가능)
- 근무 시간: 2024년 7월~12월 (6개월), 주5일 (월-금) / 09:00-18:00
- 근무 지역: 서울특별시 중구 (필요시 기타 지역으로 출장)
- 급여 조건: 면접 후 결정 (대졸 신입 사원에 준하는 급여, Competitive Package)
